Staff was friendly and keeps you informed every step of the way. Very satisfied with work and paint job. The work was done earlier than expected. Automobile was vacuumed and washed when returned. Would absolutely refer family and friends or anyone else needing services.

Brought in my 2025 GR Corolla for repairs. The car was finished and ready to go. Everything looked amazing, but I noticed fresh damage to the brand new fender that had just been replaced. Brought it to the attention of the team here and they did everything they could to make it right at no additional cost. Turns out another customer had negligently opened their door into my car and neglected to tell anyone. Everything from the moment I dropped the car off both times, to picking it back up, communication, transparency, estimates, and work quality was fantastic. Jonathan is who I worked with directly, but there were many members who helped bring everything together in a timely manner. Cannot thank you all enough for your assistance. Highly recommend going here. Army veteran approved. 🫡🙌

Joe Hudson did an amazing job on my Acura RDX. I had tons of hail damage on my car. They replaced my hood and got rid of all the hail dents. They restored it in even BETTER condition than before, cleaned and polished the exterior and even cleaned the interior as well. They went above and beyond for my service and I couldn't be any happier with how they went about it. They actually finished a week earlier than their initial estimate. They did not compromise on quality at all. Highly recommend this shop for your car services needs.

The entire process with Joe’s Collision Center was seamless. They definitely helped ease my mind during an already frustration situation. They are quick, yet thorough. Kristen the main desk rep, was always kind, and efficient on communicating. There were issues with the other insurance & they had already ordered and had the parts waiting to get started on my vehicle. She assured me that once they got the green light she would fit me into their schedule. It took a few weeks for things to settle with insurance but I was able to drop off my car on Tuesday morning and got it back that Friday morning. (Before the estimated time). She also took care of some of the communications with the rental company. (Which was down the street). Hopefully I will not have to have any repairs in the future, but if so I will definitely go back to them! 10/10 recommend! Truly so happy my car is back and better!

I recently had my car repaired at Joe Hudson’s Collision Center, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and my car looks better than ever. The attention to detail is truly impressive. One aspect that particularly stood out was their exceptional customer service. They went above and beyond to assist me, even helping me secure a rental car through the insurance (they didn’t include the rental car at first and the staff made it possible for me) This level of service made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. I am incredibly grateful for the professionalism, dedication, and care that the team at Joe Hudson Collision Center demonstrated. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of collision repairs. Thank you, Joe Hudson Collision Center, for your outstanding work and support!🥰🥰🥰
